With the introduction of civil unions (Law 20.05.2016 no. 76), the legislator intervened to regulate the new families formed by persons of the same sex, also regulating the legal recognition of de facto cohabitees.

The firm offers advice and assistance in the field of family law, facilitating negotiated crisis settlement procedures, through the use of assisted negotiation and, where necessary, provides judicial assistance at every stage and level, including the Supreme Court of Cassation, in separation and divorce proceedings, dissolution of civil unions and regulation of de facto cohabitations, judicial ascertainment of paternity, appointment of support administrators and in any other family law proceeding.
